How to clear cache to refresh data on you dashboard?

You can easily resolve this issue by clearing your browser cache. We've provided detailed instructions below on how to do this. Step-by-step instructions on how to clear your browser cache for different browsers:

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the browser.

  2. Go to 'More Tools' > 'Clear Browsing Data'.

  3. Choose 'Cached images and files'.

  4. Click 'Clear Data'.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the three-line icon in the top right corner.

  2. Choose 'Options'.

  3. Go to the 'Privacy & Security' panel.

  4. In the 'Cookies and Site Data' section, click 'Clear Data'.

  5. Remove the check mark in front of 'Cookies and Site Data'.
