How to Schedule Posts on a WordPress Website from the WP-Stack Dashboard

Follow this step-by-step guide to schedule posts on your WordPress website using the WP-Stack dashboard:

  1. Select the site: Log in to your WP-Stack dashboard and select the site you want to schedule posts for.

  2. Choose the import option:

    • If you want to schedule posts from a Word document or multiple documents in a zip folder, use the "Import" option.

    • If you want to schedule posts from Google Docs or Google Drive, switch to the "Import Gdoc" or "Import Gdrive" option.

  3. Import content:

    • Click the "Import" button and upload the files you want to schedule as posts.

  4. Edit and optimize posts:

    • Once the import is complete, select the posts you want to schedule.

    • Preview each post, edit the content, add metadata for SEO, and insert images or featured images as needed.

  5. Schedule the posts:

    • When you're done editing, toggle the "Schedule for later" option at the top of the dashboard.

    • You'll be taken to a calendar view.

    • On the left side, you'll find a list of your posts. Simply drag and drop each post onto the desired publication date.

    Success! Your posts are now scheduled to be published on your WordPress website according to the dates you selected on the calendar.
